Our coaching is delivered by Paul Everett, an independent 10X Certified Coach, Speaker and Mentor on the Grant Cardone Team.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above. That information is not shared with anyone, and it is not sold, rented, or traded under any circumstances.
Text Messaging & Mobile Information
OverThrive LLC runs a text messaging program that carries both service messages and marketing messages. You are added to it only by giving express written consent, at the point where you give us your number. You give it through the chat widget on our site, verbally or in writing during a call, or by ticking a consent box on any form on overthrive.com that asks for a mobile number.
Wherever a form collects it, the mobile number is optional, every consent box is unticked until you tick it, and submitting the form does not opt you in. Service messages and marketing messages are agreed to separately, so you may accept one and decline the other — or decline both and still use the form. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of any service, and you can opt out of either kind at any time by replying STOP.
- Service messages: program pricing you requested, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about an enquiry you started.
- Marketing messages: promotions, special offers, discounts, event invitations, new program announcements, and other updates about our coaching services.
- Who it comes from: messages are sent from (806) 589-5890.
- How often: message frequency varies and depends on your activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also email or call us using the details below.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold. We share your mobile number only with the messaging platform that delivers messages on our behalf, which is contractually barred from using it for any other purpose.
Cookies & Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features may not function without them.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Prospect contact information is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction unless you request deletion sooner.

About Us
The Site is operated by OverThrive LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Coaching is delivered by Paul Everett, an independent 10X Certified Coach, Speaker and Mentor on the Grant Cardone Team. We are not Cardone Training Technologies, Inc., and we do not represent ourselves as Grant Cardone or as employees of his companies. All coaching engagements are contracted directly with OverThrive LLC, 5419 166th Street, Lubbock, TX 79424.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems.

Coaching Engagements
Any coaching program purchase, including but not limited to Cardone University access, Sales & Marketing Mastery group coaching, and one-on-one coaching, is governed by a separate coaching agreement executed at the time of purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the coaching agreement, the coaching agreement controls for matters related to the coaching engagement.
Third-Party Content & Links
The Site references and links to third-party services, including Cardone University and Grant Cardone-branded content. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of OverThrive LLC or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 10X, Cardone University, and related marks are the property of Cardone Training Technologies, Inc., used with appropriate authorization as a Certified Coach. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OverThrive LLC and its members, contractors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site (excluding claims arising under a separately executed coaching agreement) shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile number and ticking a consent box, you consent to receive text messages from OverThrive LLC at that number, of the kind that box describes, sent using automated technology. Service messages and marketing messages are agreed to separately — ticking the service box does not opt you into marketing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
