This Privacy Policy explains how OverThrive LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("OverThrive," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit overthrive.com (the "Site") or engage with our coaching programs. Our coaching is delivered by Paul Everett, an independent 10X Certified Coach, Speaker and Mentor on the Grant Cardone Team.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above. That information is not shared with anyone, and it is not sold, rented, or traded under any circumstances.

Text Messaging & Mobile Information

OverThrive LLC runs a text messaging program that sends marketing messages. You are added to it only by giving express written consent through the chat widget on overthrive.com. In the chat widget, you may choose to provide your mobile number and check a separate, optional marketing consent box.

The marketing consent box is unchecked until you check it. Marketing consent is never combined with consent for any other kind of message. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of any service, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

What we send: promotions, special offers, discounts, event promotions, service announcements, and other updates about our coaching services.
Who it comes from: messages are sent from (806) 731-6133.
How often: message frequency varies and depends on your activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
Stopping: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also email or call us using the details below.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold. We share your mobile number only with LeadConnector, the messaging platform that operates the chat widget and delivers messages on our behalf. LeadConnector is contractually barred from using it for any other purpose.

Cookies & Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features may not function without them.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Prospect contact information is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction unless you request deletion sooner.
